Our unique dual tog system allows couples to choose the perfect duvet section for their individual comfort, ensuring a harmonious sleep experience every night.

Sourced from British alpacas, these long, silky fibres are renowned for their exceptional breathability and temperature regulating properties. Alpaca fibres are naturally resistant to dust mites and bacteria, offering a clean, hypoallergenic sleeping environment. We proudly uphold our commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing by using only 100% natural, white British alpaca wool from farms approved by the British Alpaca Society. As British alpaca wool is not as readily available, our alpaca duvet sections are a Limited Edition product - a unique and exclusive addition to your bedroom.

Our alpaca duvet sections are individually handcrafted in Devon, using high-grade alpaca wool, encased in a 260 thread count natural cotton casing. No bonding agents, glues, or synthetic fibres are used, aligning with our commitment to natural and sustainable practices.

CARE: To maintain the freshness of the alpaca fibres, we recommend regular airing, preferably on an outside line during good weather, or inside on a clothes airer near an open window. For a thorough clean, machine wash on a 30° wool setting, using a product specifically created for wool. A gentle spin to remove excess water and remove immediately from the machine. Hang up to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri) and use a DPD Next (working) Day delivery service*. However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where the actual delivery time will take longer (usually 2 - 3 days from dispatch). These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Channel Islands.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

Our Christmas Opening Hours:

As we all embrace the joy of the festive season, our team at Devon Duvets will also be taking a little time to rest, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with their families. We will be closed from 24 December to 28 December 2025 (inclusive), so our last day for pre-Christmas dispatches will be 23 December 2025. 

A small Devon Duvets team will be available to respond to enquiries by telephone and email on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 December, with a limited dispatch service. We will then be closed from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 (inclusive), returning on Monday 5 January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin handcrafting our luxurious duvets, toppers and pillows once again.
