• Free shipping when you spend over £50.

• For orders under £50, a £5.00 delivery charge applies.

Dispatch Schedule

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries are generally made on working days only.

• If you place your order before 12:30pm (Mon–Fri), we’ll aim to send it out the same day via DPD’s Next Working Day service. Please note, as every duvet, pillow and mattress topper is individually handcrafted in our Devon workshops, dispatch times may occasionally extend slightly during particularly busy periods.

Bespoke Items

• Custom-made products are typically completed and dispatched within 2 weeks. You’ll be advised of timings at the point of order.

Additional Information

• Certain UK regions may experience longer delivery times. These include: Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and the Channel Islands.

• We reserve the right to choose alternative couriers or third-party services if required, ensuring your order is delivered securely and efficiently.
