We are able to accept returns on faulty goods for any issues that are covered under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee, full details of which can be found here

If the goods are not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items that have been unused and are still in their original packaging, together with the original order confirmation as a proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.

Upon the return of any items, packaging will be left unopened for 72 hours, in line with our workshop hygiene and safety protocols, and then inspected by our quality control team with any refund due once inspection is completed.
