We are a small family business that individually handcrafts each and every one of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers. All the materials used are 100% natural and we do not use bonding agents, glues or synthetic linings, therefore products can vary slightly. Our talented seamstresses put a lot of love and care into our filled bedding range, to ensure you receive a quality product that we hope will help to give you a restful night's sleep, night after night.

We will have checked your Devon Duvets product before sending it to you. However, should you find any issues with it once it has arrived with you, please do contact us and we will help you. If you find any faults that are covered under our 5 Year Guarantee, we are able to accept a return and will remedy for you in accordance with our guarantee. If your product is not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, providing the items have not been used, are still in their original packaging and are in excellent conditon. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return and our quality controller will identify your order, inspect the returned item and consult with our Customer Service Team who will contact you after inspection.
We do not offer a 'try before you buy' service (or 'trial' period) and therefore any item you receive from us will never have been used. We are sure you will understand, that with bedding items, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.

Handling of your return
Upon receipt of your return, the package will be contained in a secure space and left unopened for 72 hours, in line with our workshop hygiene and safety protocols introduced due to COVID-19. The package will then be opened, identified from the proof of purchase and undergo our mandatory Quality Control check before being referred to our Customer Service Team, where a decision will be taken and contact will be made with you. Any refunds agreed will be made via the method by which the product was paid for.
