Our unique dual tog system lets each partner select the duvet section that suits them best, fostering a harmonious and comfortable sleep environment for couples.

Our duvet section stands apart with its use of high grade, traceable100% British wool, a natural material known for its soft fibres that offer superior cosiness, breathability, and temperature regulation. Wool is hypoallergenic, dust mite resistant, and antibacterial, ensuring you enjoy a clean and healthy sleep environment.

Each duvet section is expertly crafted, echoing our commitment to quality and authenticity. We use a high-quality 260 thread count natural cotton casing, specifically woven to enhance loft and drape. With no use of chemicals, bleaches, bonding agents, glues, or synthetic fibres, we offer a product that is as close to nature as possible.

CARE: To keep the wool fibres fresh, we recommend regular airing, preferably outdoors during good weather, or indoors on a clothes airer near an open window. For a deeper clean, machine wash on a 30° wool setting, using a wool-specific product. Use a gentle spin to remove excess water and then remove immediately from the machine. Hang up to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri) and use a DPD Next (working) Day delivery service*. However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where the actual delivery time will take longer (usually 2 - 3 days from dispatch). These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Channel Islands.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

Our Christmas Opening Hours:

As we all embrace the joy of the festive season, our team at Devon Duvets will also be taking a little time to rest, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with their families. We will be closed from 24 December to 28 December 2025 (inclusive), so our last day for pre-Christmas dispatches will be 23 December 2025.

A small Devon Duvets team will be available to respond to enquiries by telephone and email on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 December, with a limited dispatch service. We will then be closed from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 (inclusive), returning on Monday 5 January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin handcrafting our luxurious duvets, toppers and pillows once again.
