One of the standout features of the duvet sections from our Split Duvet range is the unique dual tog system, designed with the sleeping habits of couples in mind. By offering a choice of tog ratings, our duvet sections cater to differing sleep preferences, enabling both partners to choose the duvet section that best meets their warmth and comfort needs. With our duvet sections, restful sleep can become a nightly reality.

Each EU King British Alpaca Medium Weight Duvet Section features high-grade, natural white 100% British alpaca wool, recognised for its luxurious fine fibres. Not only does alpaca wool create a filling that's breathable and temperature-regulating, it is also dust mite resistant, anti-bacterial, and lanolin-free. This premium alpaca wool is gathered from British farms, approved by the British Alpaca Society, and each duvet section is individually handcrafted in Devon, UK, ensuring outstanding quality and meticulous attention to detail.

CARE: Regular airing is recommended to keep the Alpaca fibres fresh. This can be done outside in good weather, or indoors near an open window. For a more comprehensive clean, machine wash on a 30° wool setting, using a wool-specific product. Hang up to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri) and use a DPD Next (working) Day delivery service*. However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where the actual delivery time will take longer (usually 2 - 3 days from dispatch). These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Channel Islands.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

Our Christmas Opening Hours:

As we all embrace the joy of the festive season, our team at Devon Duvets will also be taking a little time to rest, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with their families. We will be closed from 24 December to 28 December 2025 (inclusive), so our last day for pre-Christmas dispatches will be 23 December 2025.

A small Devon Duvets team will be available to respond to enquiries by telephone and email on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 December, with a limited dispatch service. We will then be closed from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 (inclusive), returning on Monday 5 January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin handcrafting our luxurious duvets, toppers and pillows once again.
