Production and delivery: Our skilled seamstresses will then start production on your bespoke item and keep you updated on its progress. We'll provide an estimated delivery date so you can plan accordingly.

FREE next day delivery service with DPD for orders over £50. Delivery for orders less than £50.00 is £7.50.
DISPATCHES
We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 12.30pm (Mon-Fri). However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses here in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
Bespoke products should take no more than 2 weeks.
Our dispatch days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
