Why are Devon Duvets V Pillows so special?
Designed and created to create maximum comfort and support, each V Pillow is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses, here in our Devon workshops.
- Luxurious: The high thread count, soft and quilted 100% cotton casing contains a layer of traceable British wool inside, adding to the luxurious feel.
- Comfortable: The pillow is generously hand filled with traceable, softly fluffed British wool.
- Adjustable: There is a zip in the casing, allowing for adjusting the height and softness of the pillow, through removing some of the hand fluffed wool from inside the pillow.
- Temperature Regulating, Hygienic & Hypoallergenic: Natural wool is temperature regulating, moisture wicking, resistant to dust mites and micro bacteria.
- Ethical & Responsible: Our wool is gathered from local British farmers, who love their flocks and adhere to the highest standards of animal welfare. The wool is shorn from live sheep, in spring and summer, and they regrow their fleeces in time for the colder months.
- Natural, Sustainable & Chemical Free: As with all our wool products, our V Pillow is made with natural and sustainable materials. We do not use any chemicals to treat or process our wool and our cotton fabric is woven from cotton fibres certified by Better Cotton and is Oeko-TexÒ Standard 100. Ways to use your Devon Duvets V Pillow
Versatile and comfy, our V Pillow can be used in a variety of ways to support you in different positions.
Upright Back Support
Ideal for sitting up in bed to read or work on a laptop, our V Pillow provides excellent lumbar and shoulder support. You can also place the pillow on your lap, to raise your laptop and reduce strain on your neck and shoulders. Can also be used whilst watching TV on your sofa or in your recliner chair.
Pregnancy & Maternity
Our V Pillow will support your growing tummy as well as your back and hips for better sleep or sitting up in bed, and can also be used as an effective nursing pillow for breastfeeding or bottle feeding your baby.
Neck & Shoulder Relief
The V shape cradles the head and neck, reducing strain if you need to be sightly propped up whilst sleeping. This can help with respiratory issues, snoring and acid reflux as your upper body will be slightly raised.
Post-Surgery Recovery

Leg & Knee Support
Placed under the knees or leg, it can help improve circulation, reduce foot swelling, and alleviate lower back pressure. Whether you are lying on your side or your back, this can provide helpful support. If lying on your back, place the V end of the pillow under your knees, with the V facing away from you, allow the long ‘arms’ of the pillow to cushion the side of your thighs. For side sleeping, place the V end of the pillow between your knees, allowing one ‘arm’ of the pillow to rest against your front; you can then place one arm over the pillow.
A Sense of Comfort
Your V Pillow can also be used to create a comforting, cocooned feeling, helping to ease anxiety and promote relaxation whilst lying on your side. It is suitable as a specialised comfort pillow for bedbound individuals.
