Each word is carefully stitched in white thread into the corner of your duvet, creating a subtle yet special message that remains your secret comfort. Handcrafted individually in our Devon workshop, these whispers of positivity add personal meaning to your bedding, transforming it into a truly unique, handmade piece of luxury bedding. Choose from an array of inspiring words – Joy, Bliss, Kind, or Glow – and carry their essence as you rest. This personalised touch makes our duvets not just a piece of bedding, but a sanctuary of comfort and serenity.

Descriptions for Each Word:

Kind: "A gentle reminder of the power of kindness. Let kindness envelop you as you drift into rest, offering warmth and compassion. This word adds a personal touch to your luxury duvet, infusing your bedding with comfort and thoughtfulness."

Glow: "A word to ignite the inner light within you. Glow represents radiance, positivity, and a gentle warmth that surrounds you each night. Embrace a subtle but powerful addition to your personalised duvet that makes every night special."

Bliss: "The promise of deep joy and serene happiness. Bliss encourages relaxation and the pursuit of peaceful moments, turning your duvet into a personalised sanctuary of peace and comfort."

Joy: "A spark of pure happiness stitched just for you. Joy reminds you of the simple pleasures in life, bringing a smile to your dreams and adding a joyful, unique touch to your personalised duvet."

Please Note: This is an add-on service for personalising your duvet with an embroidered word of your choice. The price of £15 covers the embroidery only and does not include the cost of the duvet itself. To enjoy this unique touch, simply add it to your chosen duvet during checkout.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

Delivery for orders under £50: £5.00

Dispatch Information:

Dispatch Days: Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and deliveries are normally made on working days.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 12:30pm (Mon- Fri) and use a DPD Next (working) Day delivery service*. However, as each of our duvets, pillows and mattress toppers is individually handcrafted by our seamstresses in Devon, please bear in mind that during peak or busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

*Please note: There are some areas within the UK where the actual delivery time will take longer (usually 2 - 3 days from dispatch). These include Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Channel Islands.

Bespoke Products: Bespoke products usually take no more than 2 weeks but timings will be given at the time of ordering.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to select our carriers and /or third-party delivery services at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery of our products. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to service quality and efficiency.

Our Christmas Opening Hours:

As we all embrace the joy of the festive season, our team at Devon Duvets will also be taking a little time to rest, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with their families. We will be closed from 24 December to 28 December 2025 (inclusive), so our last day for pre-Christmas dispatches will be 23 December 2025.

A small Devon Duvets team will be available to respond to enquiries by telephone and email on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 December, with a limited dispatch service. We will then be closed from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 (inclusive), returning on Monday 5 January 2026, refreshed and ready to begin handcrafting our luxurious duvets, toppers and pillows once again.
