Filled with 100% natural white British alpaca wool, this duvet offers an ideal balance of breathable comfort and optimal warmth. This versatile duvet is perfect for those chilly nights and cooler seasons. Due to the exclusive availability of British alpaca wool, each piece is a limited edition.

Our Medium Weight Alpaca Duvet showcases premium 100% British alpaca wool, accredited by the British Alpaca Society, and cleaned without employing bleach or chemicals. The filling is ensconced in a 260 thread count 100% natural cotton casing.

Each duvet is individually handcrafted by our experienced seamstresses in Devon, then meticulously folded and packed into reusable packaging. We also cater to bespoke sizes to suit your unique needs. This product comes with our Devon Duvets 5 Year Guarantee (see T&Cs).

No bleach or chemicals used when wool is cleaned; no glues, artificial fibres or bonding agents used.

Alpaca fibres are needled into one sheet and carefully stitched into cotton casing.

Easy Care:Regular airing will refresh your duvet, prolonging life and performance. For a more thorough clean, use the hand wash or 30 degrees wool cycle of your washing machine, using a wool care product only. When your machine has stopped you can run a slow spin cycle again to make sure most of the water is out. Do not leave the duvet in the machine for any length of time once the cycle has stopped. Take out the duvet, shake very gently into shape and hang up to air dry. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Weight & Togs: Alpaca fibres are naturally excellent at insulating yet can also release excess heat. Therefore any tog comparisons are wide-ranging and unique to you, depending on your natural body temperature. See our guidelines below.
